*We are only accepting 2 DAY MINIMUM reservations from 9/15-10/25 for treehouses, Whole Barn & Whole Wise Pines Packages (Not private rooms or bunks).* We will open up 1 DAY minimum reservations for last minute availability.
*To make a reservation for the entire barn (sleeps 12 guests) or all of Wise Pines accommodations (sleeps 16 guests total), please call us.*
We now have a SMALL seasonal farm stand for you to purchase eggs, produce, baked goods and flowers, *as the season allows*! Cash or Venmo accepted for the farmstand.
THRU-HIKERS:
We do shuttle pick-ups from Rt 12 at 8:00am, 1:00pm and 4:00pm upon request from July & August. Beyond these months, please call to confirm we are available for pickup/drop off.
If you are planning on arriving outside of these times, please look at the Thru-Hiker Info tab for other options.
NOTE: There is no phone service at the RT 12 trailhead pickup location. There is phone service about six miles south at The Lookout (NoBo) and about a mile south, on Dana Hill (NoBo). 1/2-1 mile north of the RT 12 (SoBo).

Located just 7 miles off of the Appalachian Trail, 1.5 miles from the VAST snowmobile trail, and a short distance to multiple ski resorts, we will easily cater to the outdoorsy type.

Accommodation Types
We have an 8 bed bunk room, private rooms and 2 tree houses for our guests, offering a variety of lodging types so that our guests can choose the type of stay that is best suited for them.
Private Rooms
We have two private rooms in the renovated barn with a pleasantly rustic feel.
Shared Bunk
In the renovated barn, the top floor accommodates up to 8 guests and has a large deck which overlooks the property with magnificent sunset views.
Tree Houses
Tucked into the woods, we have two charming tree houses with individual decks.

Amenities & Services
We cater to Appalachian Trail long distance hikers and outdoorsy people alike. We are located on 40 acres with wooded trails, a pond and a yoga studio.

We have your basic hiking resupply needs plus some more.
Shuttle Service
We will transport you to and from the trailhead and make a stop at the grocery store.
